The study aims to develop an integrated cybersecurity framework that strengthens cyber incident management capabilities in smart ports. It evaluates and integrates key practices from internationally recognized cybersecurity frameworks and standards to improve incident identification, response, recovery, and overall operational resilience across the maritime sector. The survey itself is designed to collect expert opinions and professional assessments on the importance, relevance, and suitability of the proposed framework components — responses will be used exclusively for academic research purposes.
